30 Day Happiness Guarantee
Craft Den offers a 30 day Happiness Guarantee: If for any reason within 30 days of delivery you are are not fully satisfied with your item(s), email us at firstname.lastname@example.org or call during business hours at (866) 243-0700. We will not be able to process returns without first contacting us.
All orders cancelled after 24 hours are subject to a $20 administration fee, whether or not your order has shipped. If your order has shipped, you will also be responsible for return shipping charges. Refunds will be issued to the original credit card used when placing your order.
Gift cards are non-returnable.

As soon as you place your order, you will receive an order confirmation e-mail. This means that we have received your order in our system and pre-authorized your credit card for the purchase. As soon as we receive your order, we automatically reach out to our suppliers to confirm your item(s) are in stock and available for immediate shipment. If your item(s) are on backorder or unavailable, we will void the pre-authorization and reach out to you via e-mail. If your item(s) are available for immediate shipment, we will process the charges and submit the order for shipment.
If your order is stock and we process the charges to your credit card, barring unforeseen circumstances it will ship within two business days from the date of your order. We will send tracking information to the e-mail address your provided when checking out.
Please inspect the packaging of your item(s) when they arrive, if you notice any damage you should make note when signing for your delivery. If your item(s) do arrived damaged, please send photos to email@example.com and we will process an insurance claim on your behalf.
Returns and Refunds
Returns must be sent to the address provided by us in reply to your return inquiry. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Our policy lasts 30 days from delivery. If 30 days have gone by since our shipper's recorded delivery date, unfortunately we can’t offer a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, item(s) must be in the same condition that you received them. They must also be in the original packaging.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable):
Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery
Unless the item(s) was/were damaged prior to you receiving it/them, you will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org.
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he/she will find out about your return.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account and/or contact your credit card company. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank and/or credit card company. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
